What is the truth of Manglik Dosha, Sadesathi, Kala Sarpa Dosha in our Kundali?

Definition of Manglik Dosha:

Phala deepika states that Manglik Dosha means when mars occupy in 1^st, 2^nd, 4^th, 7^th,8^th and 12^th house. Mars in the 7th produces very strong Manglik Dosha. If the native is a man he loses his wife. If the native is a woman she becomes a widow. It is said that if both the husband and wife are Manglik, the Dosha gets cancelled.

Truth about Manglik Dosha:

Some astrologers say that if the mars occupy in 1^st, 2^nd, 4^th, 7^th,8^th and 12^th house from venue or moon then also the native is effected with manglik dosha. However, if this is true more than 90% of population in the world can only be mangliks. Hence, we should consider only if the mars occupy the above houses from lagna not from moon or venus.
